Attilio Doria

He was born in Naples on October 8, 1961.
In March 1984, he graduated in Law from the University of Naples (now Federico II) with highest honors (summa cum laude). Since 1988 he has been a member of the Naples Bar Association.

Since 2005 he has been qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation and the higher courts, and he also appears before the European Court of Human Rights. He has an excellent command of both English and French.

He is co-owner of the law firm Studio Legale Doria, founded in 1945 by his father, Avv. Teodoro Doria, and today established as the Professional Association Studio Legale Avv. T. Doria, based in Naples at Via G. Bausan 36. The association relies on the collaboration of several professionals across various branches of law.

His professional practice, both litigation and consultancy, focuses on real estate, commercial, corporate, inheritance, and family law. He has contributed to the writing of several books, including the handbook Il decreto ingiuntivo (Cedam, 2010) and Il nuovo formulario dei contratti (Celt, 2013).

He provides legal advice and both judicial and extrajudicial assistance to leading companies in Campania, particularly in the real estate and manufacturing sectors.

He is a member of the Human Rights Commission of the Naples Bar Association.

A passionate lover of classical music, he regularly attends chamber and symphonic concerts as well as opera performances in Italy and abroad.
